From device traffic
to a verified fix.

Connect the target

Follow target-specific proxy and certificate checks for your Mac, Simulator, iPhone, iPad, or Android device.

Isolate the failing request

Filter HTTP/S and WebSocket traffic, then inspect headers, bodies, status, and timing.

Test the fix without rebuilding

Pause, map, and rewrite traffic to verify a response, edge case, or local mock in the running app.

Leave the network as you found it

Lens Helper turns off the system proxy settings created by Lens after a crash or force quit.

Connect your target.
Follow the checks.

Lens guides proxy and certificate setup for each target. It shows what to fix when a step fails.

Two common questions.

Read our security model
Does Lens upload my captured traffic?

No. Saved sessions, request and response bodies, transactions, and WebSocket payloads stay on your Mac.

What about certificate-pinned apps?

Pinned apps may reject Lens’s locally generated certificate. Use a debug build or disable pinning for development traffic.
